A boiler is only as good as the system around it. Most of the boilers we replace were sized to match whatever was there before, which is how houses end up with 30kW appliances heating a heat load of half that — short cycling, poor efficiency and a shorter life than the warranty suggests.

We calculate the actual heat loss of your property room by room, then specify accordingly. Where the existing pipework or emitters are the limiting factor, we tell you before you commit rather than after.

Breakdowns and repair

Faults diagnosed properly rather than by parts replacement. We carry common spares, and where a part needs ordering we tell you the cost and the timescale up front. If a boiler is genuinely beyond economic repair, we will say so — and we will say so just as plainly when it is not.

Gas safety records issued the same day, servicing scheduled to fall due at the right point in the tenancy, and tenants dealt with directly so you hear about it once. Reactive repairs handled with the same paperwork discipline.
