Air conditioning is sized on heat gain, not floor area — glazing orientation, occupancy, equipment load and ventilation all change the answer. An undersized unit runs flat out and never quite gets there; an oversized one short cycles and leaves the room clammy.

Working with our partner

Air conditioning work involves refrigerant handling, which requires its own certification. We deliver these installations alongside a specialist air conditioning partner: we handle the survey, the specification and the integration with your existing services, and the refrigerant work is carried out by the appropriate certified engineer. You deal with us throughout.
